3. Age Requirement and Children’s Privacy

Dream Sage is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly allow users under 18 to create accounts, complete onboarding, submit dreams, symbols, audio recordings, context answers, feedback or purchase crystals.

During onboarding, Dream Sage may ask for your birth year and may only show birth year options that indicate the user is 18 or older.

If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may close or restrict the account and delete, anonymize or limit the related data, unless we need to retain certain information for security, fraud prevention, legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.

4. Data We Collect

The data we collect depends on how you use Dream Sage. You may browse parts of the site as a guest, but account features and analysis features require registration and login.

• Account data, such as email address, account status and login information.
• Profile and onboarding data, such as nickname or display name, birth year, country, gender and zodiac sign.
• Dream, symbol and context content that you submit for analysis or save in your account.
• AI analysis results while they are generated and displayed, selected languages, selected symbol meanings and related metadata.
• Crystal balance, reservations, transactions, purchases and payment status information.
• Feedback, support messages and communications with Dream Sage.
• Technical, security and usage data, such as device, browser, IP address, logs, rate-limit data and anti-abuse signals.
• Cookie and preference data, depending on your cookie choices.

5. Account Data

When you create an account, we process data needed to register you, confirm your email address, maintain your session, protect your account and provide account features.

Account data may include your email address, authentication state, verification status, login events, security signals and account settings.

6. Onboarding and Profile Data

During onboarding, Dream Sage may collect basic profile information such as nickname or display name, country, gender, birth year and zodiac sign.

Birth year is used to support age eligibility, personalize the Dream Sage experience, create your dream profile and support anonymized or aggregated statistics.

Profile information is used for account setup, user experience, statistics, research, fraud prevention and analysis of dream and symbol patterns in anonymized or aggregated form.

7. Dream, Symbol and Context Data

When you submit a dream, symbol or context answer, we process that content to provide the requested analysis and related account features.

Dream context answers may be used as part of the dream analysis request. Symbol context answers are used for statistics and pattern insights, and are not used as the main symbol meaning prompt.

Your dream and symbol content may be saved in Dream History, Symbol History, Statistics Tools or related tools when those features are used.

AI-generated interpretation results are displayed as part of the analysis experience but are not automatically saved as user-facing Analysis History.

8. Audio Recordings, Transcriptions and Visual Content

If you use Audio Recorder, transcription or visual tools, we may process recordings, transcriptions, prompts, generated visuals and related metadata to provide those features.

Recordings and generated content are tied to your account unless deleted, anonymized, aggregated or otherwise processed according to this policy and service rules.

9. Crystal, Payment and Purchase Data

Dream Sage processes crystal balances, free crystals, purchased crystals, reservations, transactions, purchase status and related records to provide paid and bonus features.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details unless expressly stated by the payment provider and permitted by law. We may store payment status, transaction references and purchase history needed to deliver crystals, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and comply with accounting or legal obligations.

10. Technical, Security and Anti-Abuse Data

We collect technical and security data to protect Dream Sage, prevent abuse, detect fraud, manage rate limits, investigate errors, secure accounts and maintain service reliability.

This may include IP address, user-agent data, device or browser signals, login events, security events, system errors, rate-limit records and audit information.

11. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Dream Sage uses essential cookies or local storage to make the site work, remember your cookie choice, support login/session behavior and maintain basic preferences.

• To save and display Dream History, Symbol History, Statistics Tools items, recordings, transcriptions and visuals when used.

• To improve Dream Sage, fix bugs, monitor performance and develop new features.
• To create anonymized or aggregated statistics, reports, research outputs and trend analysis.

13. Research, Statistics and Anonymized Data

Dream Sage may use dreams, symbols, context answers, analysis metadata and basic demographic information, such as birth year or age group, country, gender and zodiac sign, to create statistics, identify trends, improve the service and support research or academic studies.

Before data is used for these purposes outside the user account experience, Dream Sage removes direct identifiers such as email address, user ID, nickname, display name, payment information, IP address and account security data.

Dream Sage may use anonymized or aggregated datasets for internal analysis, product development, statistical research, academic research, reports, studies and collaborations with research institutions or similar organizations.

Dream Sage does not sell users’ email addresses, account identities, payment information or private account credentials.

Because dreams and symbols may contain personal details written by the user, Dream Sage applies reasonable anonymization, filtering and aggregation measures before using such data for research or statistical purposes.

14. Legal Bases for Processing

Depending on your location and the type of data, we may process personal data based on one or more legal bases.

• Contract: to provide the Dream Sage service, account features, analyses, crystals and purchases.

These providers may process data only as needed to provide their services to Dream Sage or as described in their own terms and privacy policies.

AI providers generate automated content. Dream Sage AI interpretations are symbolic and reflective only and are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, spiritual or professional advice.

16. Payment Providers

Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers. When you make a purchase, payment information is processed by the payment provider, and Dream Sage receives information needed to confirm the transaction, deliver crystals, handle failed payments and provide support.

17. Email Communications and Subscriptions

Dream Sage may send transactional emails related to your account, registration, password, security, purchases, crystal delivery, support requests or important service notices.

You may also choose to receive optional marketing, product news or Dream Sage insights emails. You can unsubscribe from optional marketing or product emails at any time. Account, security and purchase emails may still be sent when necessary.

We do not sell users’ email addresses, account identities, private account credentials or payment information.

We may share data with service providers where necessary to operate Dream Sage, process payments, send emails, provide AI analysis, prevent abuse, monitor errors, secure the service and comply with legal obligations.

We may share anonymized or aggregated statistics, reports, trend analysis or research outputs where individual users are not publicly identified.
