1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Dream Sage, including the website, dream analysis features, symbol analysis features, account features, crystal balance, paid digital credits, sidebar tools, support forms and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing crystals, submitting a dream or symbol, using any analysis feature or continuing to use Dream Sage, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who We Are

Dream Sage is a digital platform for dream and symbol interpretation, self-reflection, personal dream organization and related tools. References to "Dream Sage", "we", "us" or "our" mean the operator of the Dream Sage service.

3. Age Requirement

Dream Sage is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.

By creating an account, completing registration, using Dream Sage or purchasing crystals, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

If you are under 18, you must not create an account, submit dreams, symbols, audio recordings, context answers, feedback or any other personal content through Dream Sage.

We may suspend, restrict or delete an account if we believe that it belongs to a person under 18 or that the age information provided during registration is inaccurate.

4. Eligibility and Account Registration

You may browse parts of Dream Sage as a guest, but analysis features, crystal usage, purchases, saved history, statistics tools and account actions require registration.

To use registered features, you must provide accurate account information, including your birth year, confirm your email address, complete onboarding and pass bot protection where required.

Dream Sage may limit available birth year options to users who are 18 or older.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must not share your account, attempt to access another user’s account, bypass authentication, abuse bonus systems, automate requests, manipulate crystal balances or interfere with the service.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately and use the account security options available in your Profile tab.

6. Dream and Symbol Analysis

Dream Sage allows registered users to submit dream text and dream symbols for AI-assisted interpretation.

Dream analysis may use the dream text, selected analysis mode, input language, analysis language and dream context answers. Symbol analysis may use selected symbols, chosen symbol meanings, input language, analysis language and related processing data.

Results are generated for informational, reflective, educational and entertainment purposes. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, personal, predictive or suitable for any specific decision.

7. No Medical, Psychological, Legal or Spiritual Advice

Dream Sage does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial or professional spiritual advice.

Dream and symbol interpretations may help you reflect on emotions, patterns and ideas, but they are not a diagnosis, treatment plan, professional assessment or emergency service.

Do not ignore professional advice or delay seeking professional help because of anything you read on Dream Sage. If you are experiencing a crisis, emergency or risk of harm, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

8. AI-Generated Content

Dream Sage uses AI systems and related processing to generate interpretations and other content. AI-generated content can be incomplete, symbolic, unexpected, inaccurate or unsuitable for some users.

You are responsible for how you interpret and use the results. You should not rely on Dream Sage as the only basis for important personal, health, legal, financial, spiritual or safety decisions.

9. Crystals and Digital Credits

Crystals are digital credits used inside Dream Sage for dream analysis, symbol analysis and other paid features. Crystals are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency or legal tender.

Free crystals may be granted through onboarding, daily rewards, promotions or other bonus systems. Purchased crystals are acquired through paid transactions. Free and purchased crystals may be stored separately and may follow different rules.

Crystals are personal to your account, non-transferable and may only be used inside Dream Sage unless we expressly state otherwise.

Crystals and paid features are available only to users who meet the age requirement described in these Terms.

10. Free Crystals and Bonuses

Dream Sage may provide welcome crystals, daily bonus crystals or other promotional credits. Bonus availability may depend on registration status, cooldown periods, free wallet capacity, anti-abuse rules, account standing and system availability.

Free crystals have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred, sold or redeemed outside Dream Sage.

We may change, pause or stop bonus programs when necessary to protect the service, prevent abuse or update the product.

11. Purchases, Payment Status and Failed Payments

Crystal purchases and other paid features may be processed through third-party payment providers. Payment status may include success, pending, failed, canceled or similar statuses depending on the payment flow.

A purchase is complete only when the payment is confirmed and the purchased credits are delivered to your account. If a payment is pending or failed, credits may not be available until the issue is resolved.

If you believe you were charged but did not receive crystals, contact us through the Help or feedback form and include the purchase time, account email and available payment details.

12. Refunds and Cancellations

Digital credits and digital services are generally consumed when used. Refund eligibility may depend on the payment provider, applicable consumer law, whether credits were delivered, whether credits were used and whether there was a technical error.

We may review refund requests for failed payments, duplicate charges, undelivered crystals or other exceptional cases. We may refuse refunds where crystals were successfully delivered and used, where abuse is detected or where the request conflicts with applicable law or payment provider rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

13. User Content

User content includes dreams, symbols, context answers, Statistics Tools entries, recordings, transcriptions, feedback messages, profile text and anything else you submit to Dream Sage.

You remain responsible for the content you submit. You must not submit content that you do not have the right to use, content that violates another person’s privacy or rights, or content that is unlawful, abusive, exploitative, harmful or designed to interfere with the service.

You grant Dream Sage a limited license to host, process, analyze, store, display and use your content as necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, generate results, keep history, provide support, secure the platform, improve the service and perform anonymized or aggregated statistical analysis as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Dream History, Statistics Tools, Audio Recorder and Visual Tools

Dream Sage may provide tools such as Dream History, Statistics Tools, Audio Recorder, transcription, visualization and advanced insight features.

Content saved through these tools is connected to your account unless it is deleted, anonymized, aggregated or otherwise processed according to the Privacy Policy and service rules.

You are responsible for reviewing what you record, write, save, share or submit for processing.

15. Research and Statistical Use

By using Dream Sage, you understand that dreams, symbols, context answers, analysis metadata and basic demographic information may be used in anonymized or aggregated form for statistics, trend analysis, academic studies, product improvement, service development and research collaborations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Dream Sage does not use research data to publicly identify individual users. Direct account identifiers are removed before data is used for external research or statistical purposes.

16. Privacy

Your use of Dream Sage is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how cookies work, how anonymized and aggregated research data may be created, and what rights you may have.

Please read the Privacy Policy carefully before using Dream Sage.

17. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse Dream Sage or help anyone else misuse it.

• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, bot protection, rate limits, billing, crystal reservations or payment checks.
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, attack, scan or disrupt the service.
• Do not submit malicious code, automated spam, fraudulent payment activity or fake account activity.
• Do not use Dream Sage to harass, threaten, exploit, defame or violate the rights of others.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that violates applicable law.

18. Account Suspension and Deletion

We may suspend, restrict or delete accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, create security risk, attempt fraud, misuse credits or violate applicable law.

You may request account deletion through the Profile tab or by contacting us. Account deletion may remove or deactivate your account and associated user-facing content, subject to retention needed for payment records, fraud prevention, legal compliance, security logs, dispute handling, backups and system integrity.

Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you may be retained and used for statistics, research and service improvement.

19. Intellectual Property

Dream Sage, including its design, code, branding, text, interface, icons, workflows and service structure, is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, resell, distribute, modify or create derivative services from Dream Sage without permission, except where allowed by applicable law.

Your submitted user content remains your responsibility and is used by Dream Sage only according to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

20. Third-Party Services

Dream Sage may rely on third-party services for hosting, database, authentication, bot protection, AI processing, payments, email delivery, analytics, security and other infrastructure.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we choose service providers to support the operation, security and delivery of Dream Sage.

21. Service Availability and Errors

We aim to keep Dream Sage available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability of every feature or compatibility with every device, browser or region.

Features may be changed, paused, limited, removed or updated for security, maintenance, legal, technical or business reasons.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Sage is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, emotional distress, reliance on AI-generated content, service interruptions or third-party service failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

23. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update Dream Sage and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the Last updated date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of Dream Sage after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.

24. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Dream Sage, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country provide otherwise.

Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
